How I work

The question before the code

Before the first line, I write down the question the product has to answer. Decisions follow from it, not from whichever tool is fashionable.

One person accountable

The person who scopes the work is the person who does it. When more hands are needed, collaborators join by name, with a clear part to own.

AI is a tool, not the author

Judgment and architecture come from people; throughput and first drafts come from the model. When AI is part of the work, I say so plainly.

Value, never deception

Always give real value and never deceive anyone. That holds for the products, for the marketing and for this blog.
